SAN FRANCISCO, May 25, 2023 – Leap, the leading platform for energy market access, today announced the appointment of Susie Dirks to the company’s executive team as its first Vice President of Product and Engineering. In this new position, Dirks will play a pivotal role in accelerating Leap’s capabilities to automate and optimize energy market participation for technology providers. Dirks brings 24 years of technology experience to the role, including 12 years in product management.

Throughout her product career, Dirks has managed and scaled the growth of SaaS software products. Most recently, she managed product, design and engineering at Knapsack, a company that provides a design system platform for software developers to improve the quality and speed of application development. Previously, Dirks played a crucial role in driving revenue growth for data-intense observability products at New Relic, a company that helps software developers improve uptime and reduce errors and latency for the full stack behind websites and mobile applications.
